Features Overview

Come along while I search for the ultimate food experience. Cookbooks beautifully photographed, alluring restaurants, blog recipes are all fair game. I love the challenge of cooking the book, turning beautiful images into hopefully amazing meals. I also love to scope out restaurants, near and far looking for that one meal that moves me. I’m a tough critic, but only the good ones will show up on these pages.

The smallest capitol city in the nation is also a food connoisseur’s playground. Montpelier Vermont is filled with restaurants that produce an amazing product. Possibly because it is home to the Vermont Culinary Institute it has managed to attract a talented group of chefs. Maybe it is the funky feel…..
